Services
Initial Consultation
The first meeting or assessment is the start for any new or potentially new patient. Upon completion of the initial intake forms (Nutrition Patient Questionnaire and Patient Symptom Survey), Dr. Fuscaldo will personally review the patient’s health history and goals of care.
This consultation provides important insight into the patient’s current health status, which determines the laboratory testing necessary to help identify the patient’s nutritional needs.
Laboratory Testing
Dr. Fuscaldo has accounts with both LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for basic and comprehensive laboratory testing. He also has accounts with other specialty labs that may be required if food allergy/sensitivity, hormonal imbalances, or heavy metal toxicity are indicated.
In most cases, laboratory testing is covered by insurance, but this will be determined before going for the tests. If the patient already has appropriate laboratory test results, additional laboratory testing may not be necessary.
Comprehensive Nutritional Assessment
Once the laboratory test results are available, Dr. Fuscaldo will personally review the results, perform a comprehensive analysis, and create a full-color report with the following data:
